You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
To ensure your return is processed, please ensure the following:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
For footwear: Shoes must be tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid wear.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
The following items cannot be returned:
Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Gift cards.
Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable).
Items that show clear signs of use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at info@wideridea.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization and the specific return shipping address.
Warning:Â Do not send items back to the address on the original shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be trackable and could result in a forfeited refund.
Customer Responsibility:Â If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, Wideridea will cover all return shipping costs. Please provide photo evidence in your initial email.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of arrival):
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed immediately and applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
